This project is a mixed-use waterfront development of luxury condominiums, private poolside cabanas, pleasure boat docks, and restaurant/retail establishments—an esplanade, in the Mediterranean sense. Utilizing French Riviera colors, the logo imparts a sense of leisure sophistication, with a calligraphic font that hints at decadence.
